I've discovered my new favourite place, possibly in all the world: Barter Books.
It's a second-hand bookshop, one of the largest in the UK.
It's in an old train station, for a railway that was controversially closed down in the 1960s.
They have a log fire, arm chairs, a model train set, and a delightful independent cafe serving traditional English food and drinks.
Notably it's also the epicentre of the famous "Keep Calm and Carry On" poster.
It's heaven.
